Purpose & Intention
Jeong Coaching & Consulting LLC exists to enable and deepen practices of leadership development and relational attunement towards efficient, effective, and equitable organizational operations and reflective, resilient, and recuperative people culture.
Yejin Lee (she/they), the founder of Jeong, helps people to access greater agency, autonomy, and power over their choices and actions. Individuals who are able to embody a coherent, cohesive leadership philosophy based on their unique combination of skills, abilities, strengths, passions, and knowledge (also inclusive of their limits, triggers, wounds, disabilities, etc.), and are better equipped to translate their leadership into positive material transformation for their team, their culture, and organizational outcomes.
